I've heard in some circles balloons are considered tacky and low-rent. Bah! They just haven't seen it done right.

The 1st pic seems to be in a very un-party-like industrial space. Balloons were a terrific, festive disguise. The mood immediately set. There is no way their guests will be able to see past the balloons to the pipe filled ceiling. Your eye insists on stopping!
